New Hope Solebury SD is among the best!! I was a 'lifer' as they say and attended from Kindgergarden through my senior year... Now, I'll be graduting college with a degree in Education and can only hope to teach at a school like NHS. It's a wonderful, small community with private school aspects!!

I cannot say enough good things about this school. The teachers and administrative staff are outstanding. They go above and beyond. My son was in a private school in Georgia and NHSS is heads above in acacdemic standing. Small classes and a lot of creative opportunities. Smbmitted by a happy parent!

My son is in first grade and attended NHS for kindergarten. He has special needs and has made so much progress through the help of the staff. You must stay on top of the staff and push a little to receive the appropriate help for your child, however, once it is in place, it is outstanding. The academics are strong and I feel that Everyday Math is an excellent way for children to understand how to use their math skills. The parent-teacher association (HSA) is also strong. The only thing the school is lacking is more extracurricular activities for the students. They took away a program called Serendipity which would be a true asset to the school if brought back.

New Hope-Solebury Elementary school currently does not provide a very strong academic program for the elementary students. The standards are not high enough, students are not challenged, and very frequently the message that 'this is good enough' is sent for the average-quality work. This is reflected in the PSSA results for the school.

This is a wonderful school. My daughter has attended Kindergarten and First Grade here, and all of her teachers have been responsive and committed.

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

Oops! We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Public and charter school test scores for most states come from the state Department of Education. The most common reasons we might not have this data are either that not enough students took the test or that the school was recently opened, and its scores have not yet been reported.
