This school is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and caring. Despite the lack of respect from the school board the teachers have risen aboe it and are dedicated to their students. A parent could not ask for a more wonderful school.
This school caused so much stress for my family. The administration was dishonest and uncooperative in regard to my childs needs. I have pulled him out of this district twice (the second time is permanent) due to their behavior. They do not protect the children from the abuse of the other kids. If your child has an IQ of 100 or more, the educational experience will not be sufficient. If your child has an IEP, I suggest you find an alternative educational placement or move out of the district. Overall, they do not serve the above average, gifted or LD child.
I am very dis-pleased with Eagle View Elementary. It could be because of the lack of attention of the teachers since they are still not willing to sign a contract (it has been 4 yrs.) I do not have a desired line of communication that I rec'd from Maple Ridge Elementary School (same school district). With the teacher's lack of interest, the children are suffering.
