This School is amazing Mrs. Stanfield is the new principal at the middle school and is a wonderful person. Mrs. Van Allen, the guidance counselor has had a great influance on me it is super. Infact I want to be a teacher or guidance counselor when I grow up because of all the teachers wonderful inspiration. Troy middle school ofers a lot of extracurricular activities, sports, chours, and band. Parents are somewhat involved. The teachers are so deicated and devoted. It's the best school ever if you want your child to have a quaility education.

In my opinion, this school has a great principal! Mr. Kulago works hard and has the students best interest at heart. The vice principal, however, doesn't listen to the students or the parents, making effective discipline a problem. There are a few teachers, however, who make learning a complete impossibility for selected students. There have been quite a few parental complaints made regarding one of the 7th grade teachers 'singling out' and selective harrassment of students every year. TMS has lost some very bright students to home school because of this teacher's behavior. The academic programs are pretty standard. Music, art and sports programs are limited. As for the level of parent involvement? Well, seems to depend on who you are. Very political. On the brighter side, most of the teachers at TMS are sincere about their work and if the select few could be removed, TMS would more desirable.
