the only reason that it did not get the last star is because there is a little bit of theft but thats it

My children transfered into the district 4 years ago when my oldest child was going into 7th. They had previously gone to Burrell. They love the school, students and teachers. They are in the AP courese and are getting high honors every 9 weeks.AP courses

KAIS has been a wonderful school for our youngest two children, who transitioned from the parochial school system to public school in the 7th grade. The environment here is perfect for these kids, who are just out of elementary school- a little protective, but pushing toward independence. Our son, now in 11th grade and in the gifted curriculum, is a very shy individual. He was able to blossom both academically and socially here. Our daughter, currently, in 8th grade, is a very social child who participates in many activities. She is involved with the music program in both chorus and band, and it is truly a world-class department. She is not studious like her brother, but I find that her teachers are able to excite her about her classes, and she is doing very well also. The faculty and staff are very approachable and truly devoted to the students.
