ATG Learning Academy

Our son started ATG in the 2nd semester of 10th Grade after working hard for many years to achieve average grades. He was enthusiastic to attend ATG, after visiting. He is now thoroughly enjoying school, for the first time since 5th grade, and achieving excellent grades. Our son is dyslexic. At ATG he is now presented with the curriculum in a form he can comprehend. Learning differences are recognized and accepted. Each pupil receives personalized adaptations. He receives one-on-one instruction in reading which has transformed him to a confident and capable student. ATG is a small school with an extremely capable and friendly staff. I would recommend ATG if your child is struggling to receive an education.

ATG is academically sound. While it is a relatively new school it has many very important qualities. It follows the same general curriculum as the public schools but adapts it to meet your childs needs. All subjects are taught using multisensory approach. ATG is very flexible and utilizes many different teaching stategies to be sure that every child has a good understanding of the subject being taught. ATG welcomes the parents assistance in the process of developing a teaching style appropriate for each child. The staff at ATG have a deep commitment to making every child succeed. While each child is taught according to their learning style, ATG is able to incorporate social unity so that no child is isolated from the general student population. All students are accepted and welcomed by their fellow students. Parents play a vital part in all aspects of who ATG is and how it functions.
