Harmony Area Elementary School

This small school is preparing my child very well. The small class sizes and student to teacher ratio is outstanding. I do fell that my child's teachers are well trained and care about the students. Considering that this is a low income area with few local jobs I am impressed at the list of activities that the school is able to provide. The teachers spend a lot of time with the kids for after school activities.

I have 2 children currently enrolled at this school. I think that the small size gives these children an edge, if only they utilize that! Most of the teachers are superb and the children need to step up and show initiative! It is a great school if only more parents would get involved and the kids would step up to the plate and make learning a priority!

some of the students at this school are not treated fairly.they are treated differently depending on their last name and also for what town they live in.my kids do not like the school.

I feel my son is not meeting his full potential here and he tends to get bored with the curriculum. This year we are giving the PA virtual charter school a try.
