This is a pretty good school. The principal is reasonable and friendly, but knows how to discipline. The parent involvement is very high by necessity; all parties, field trips, art instruction, and extracurricular fun is provided by the PTA volunteers. Two teachers in particular are wonderful, both 1st grade teachers; Mrs. Murphy and Ms. Powell. The playground is a fenced asphalt lot on a hill and leaves a lot to be desired. My son enjoyed his time at this school.
