It has such great school spirit and the teachers are wonderful. They are always only an e-mail away if a student needs help in any way. They have one of the best music programs around and the students really evolve into great role models for the middle school students.
this is a terrible school no airconditioning theres fights everyday no airconditoning. teachers cant controll there classes kids are on drugs everyday. if your not top of the class your teachers and guidence counslers will froget about you. assistant principle is the worst he should be fired the way he talks to the kids.no one likes him not even the teachers
Really good teachers and extra activities. Poor leadership as show by scores never making top 50 schools when all neighbors do. Survey the kids for the truth
The leadeship has changed and it is very obvvious! The academics exceeds what we have found in other local schools - we are now glad we ae here!
First Rate School! Upper Moreland is a friendly community with involved parents and great school spirit. My youngest child just graduated and I am really going to miss the school, the teachers, the coaches and the students. Wonderful high school that produced successful graduates
one on one care for exceptional students whether top 10 percent or botton 10 middle kids fall thru the cracks or are not addressed amazing no comments for two years that alone says something
outstanding faculty with great one to one care givin to the students.
This school provides an environment that is conducive to learning. Teachers and staff are helpful and have the best intersts of the students in mind.
Great School, many after school activities. Lots of teacher support. Great team activities. Small school with personal attention.
Went to UM last year, the school itself is large and holds the amount of students well, but it's pretty disgusting, there's roaches all over and the smell from the sewage plant across the street is unbareable! the school needs some repairs, the teachers are ok though I must say I didnt learn much from some of them, but they do take a lot of steps to prepare you for standardized tests, overall though it's a pretty safe school, they have a good guidance department and will get involved in helping your child through teenage drama, the principal was awesome and even if I'd hate to admit it, the disiplinarian was cool too, they handle disapline well. But aside from those few minor downsides, I enjoyed my years in UM and think it's a good experience.
