We moved to Bermudian last summer and I am so glad we have! The children are friendly and welcomed my daughter without making her feel like the awkward new kid. The staff was kind and prompt to answer any questions or concerns I had with my child's education. They also offer many activities for children after school hours. I have highly recommended this school district and wonderful town to many who are looking to move, especially those dealing with overcrowded local schools.

I have one child in this school in K and we love this school the teachers, and staff are committed to the children and making it a great place to be! They offer tons of programs suited for the needs of the kids and parents. He is involved in a program that is geared towards learning building blocks of reading. He is doing great, thanks to the hard work of the staff.

I have 2 children in BSES, K & 2nd grades. I have been very pleased with the quality of education, teachers and their willingness to work with parents on any issue and that parents can volunteer just about anywhere in the school and not just in the classrooms. You get to know a lot of people and hear the nice things they say about your children. Also, the gifted program they have in fantastic. I'm very happy.

My son is in the 3rd grade and has gone to BSES since K. The teachers have always been very helpful and interactive with the parents. My son also has trouble with math and I help him at home to catch up. The sole responsibility of teaching and helping your child can not all depend on the teachers. This is not a private school with small classes. I to am a volunteer,as are many other moms and dads of children there. I feel that this is a very good school to have my children attend.

So far I am very happy with this school. I think the quality of the academic programs is excellant. I especially like the new 'Every day Math' program which works with different learning styles. I hear a lot about other schools cancelling art, music, gym etc and thankfully this school has not done that. There are a lot of parent volunteers I think over 100. One thing I would like to see is cheaper summer programs, I know another school has a math and science camp for any student that is very affordable would be nice if they had that here too but that is not a big issue. I would like to move from this area but the school is one thing keeping me from doing so.

My daughter went to this elementary school seven yrs ago. From kindergarten to 2nd grade the teachers were very caring and tried to make sure each student was given the attention they needed to learn in there class. The principal of this school both then and the new one are very good people and try there hardest to make sure the students are recieving the attention they need. However once my daughter hit 3rd grade and had trouble with math and I wanted to know what to do to help her like extra classes all I was told is she will get it. They do not put an emphasis on the simple facts of math like they should. My daughter is now in high school and still has trouble and always has because they would not help her when I asked them too. I am glad she is out of it.
