What is ever more important than safety? They could have the best teachers, the best facilities, and the loveliest grounds, but if it's not safe you won't send your child there.

The staff are trained to keep an eye on that many kids. I used to work in daycare and on some days there were 4-5 staff with 60 kids. You do head counts, split up into groups and continue taking roll to make sure all kids are accounted for.

It is so important! I turn my head for 5 seconds and he disappears! I just wonder how one, two, or even three people can watch 20 kids at one time! I think that's what scares me the most!
