The school is nice but one problem they have is not noticing what's going on around them. They have students with absolutely no respect and then they have kids who are awesome but if the disrespectful kids do something bad it's a warning no one does anything but if a good kid does something they are on them in a second

Slater jr. High is a good school and all, but their are some flaws. Some of Slater's rules are really crazy, like the dress code. I understand why teens can't wear too short shorts, skirts and tangs, but what bothers me about the dress code is that we can't wear jackets, scarfs or open toe shoes. That's nuts! We can't carry around our bags in school, which is really not fair, because we carry heavy books! The inside of the school needs to be fixed, especially the lockers. The lockers are dirty, rusty and half of them don't even have hooks! I really hope my voice gets herd and when we come back to Skater this year I hope things will change for the better.
