Bailey's educational mission is to empower and motivate students to achieve proficiency, or their personal best, in literacy and mathematics through delivery of explicit instruction and ongoing assessment. Our goal, then, is to instruct in ways that challenge and improve student thinking as a way to increase a child's capacity to make connections between their prior knowledge, experiences, and new information. Bailey also upholds a strong commitment to creating a learning environment that is safe and orderly-a community that supports and nurtures the whole child.
