I find both the secular and Judaic studies programs to be excellent, and am most impressed with the 'derech eretz' program, where the students learn to give respect and honor to each other, teachers, parents and elders. We moved to this state so that our children could attend Providence Hebrew Day, and are very happy with our decision. The school has had a positive impact on all of our children, even the ones who are still too young to attend. My children have even been known to cry when there's a snow day and they can't attend school!

The secular education at this school is second to none. It is much better than other higher priced private schools, and far superior to public schools. The self dicipline that the students develop, as well as the kindness to others is phenominal.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
