This shcool is great! If you want to get involved with a sport all you have to do is sign up with the counslers. The parents aren't that involved.
All cirriculum is at or above grade level. Parents attend all functions. Music, drama, art and sports are available as are many clubs.
Mandalay is a good school that struggles with communication with it's parents. I have left messages several time with Teachers and Administrators with no returned phone call. My son was decent student at Castle Rock Middle school and has really struggled at Mandalay. The Teachers and Administration are very set in their ways and don't like outside suggestions.
