I attended this school a couple years back, as did my siblings, and the school is ok. Now, there are several teachers and staff in this school that care deeply and are extremely passionate about their teaching, and helping out students, but unless parents are very actively involved with their children's learning (as with all education levels), it will be a difficult struggle for your children to be successful. The school is very diverse, which is really good, but there is plenty of bullying that goes on as well, and academically it is a school that will challenge you, but YOU need to follow-up and kinda teach your kids; however, overall this school is decent.

Briggs Chaney Middle School is an excellent school. The orquestra is a very talented group that has gained superior ratings at the district and even the state festival. Briggs chaney is a very diverse school. There may be able a few problems but the students make up for it in thier academics. The staff do everything in thier power to make Briggs Chaney a great learning enviornment. Briggs Chaney Middle School is a diverse, warm, and excellent school.

I'm a sixth grader at Briggs Chaney Middle School. My first year...i was nervous at first but the student and staff made us new comers feel very welcome at the school. There can be some changes in the school like the fighting. There's alway someone in someones face arguing over something really idiotic. But what i can say is there's always at least 2 teachers out there to get every thing back in place!!!! The teachers there are very nice and fun, they challenge you but make learning fun and entertaining. Ms. Johnson our principal is the best principal she is very nice. So far the school works for me..!!!!:) :) :) :) :)

Anything on the weekend is too much. Kids need "family and church" time too! 1 hour a night past the age 10 is fine, 30 minutes or less before.
