The diversity of the school and the emphasis on having a positive school environment and on students striving to display respect and pride in themselves and their school.
My son is in the 7th grade here and he loves it!! The music program is great and the play that they put on was so full of talent you wouldn't believe that it was middle school presenting it. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming and the teachers really are concerned for the well being of the students. I would highly recommend any of the Lumberton schools. We are in the military and have to move on....but we will truly miss these schools!!
We moved to Lumberton over the summer. My son choose to leave his Catholic School to attend LMS. He never felt like an out-sider. He was welcomed by both his peers and facility. (and my son is very shy) LMS is a place where you feel at ease. Everyone gets along and the teachers are very approachable. When you email the teachers they email you back within 24hrs or less. My son loves that we made the move and wouldn't change a thing. Lumberton is a great place.
