Gainesville Middle School

My child entered GMS last year and had a wonderful experience. She had teachers who nurtured a love for learning and challenged her while encouraging her to excel. They have a variety of extra curricular choices. The band teachers are exceptional. They clearly love the kids and love teaching them, and have inspired them to play and learn. There is a strong sense of pride to be a Red Elephant, with a long tradition of excellence within the city school system. They have guidelines in place to keep the kids safe, and the new school is absolutely outstanding. I cannot imagine my children being in a better school system.

Gainesville Middle School is great! Though some students may have some problems at this school, the teachers here help them not to cause trouble. The teachers here are very inspiring. When they teach they mean it. I know they'll help me pass.

I don't think it is as safe as other schools but each academy is diffrent. Classical is the biggest and my friends only are in Classical because they have friends there. Humanities has great teachers who care about the students...
