Facilitators are committed to passing children but at times do not assess their abilities appropriately. Some students should not pass but need more attention to maximize their ability.

I have one 2007 graduate and a soon to be 2012 graduate. I have been more than happy with the experience I have had with MPHS. An awesome amount of team spirit, plenty of challenging and interesting teachers, and I love that it is so small. MP is a small city in the middle of NoVa and you would barely know that you are surrounded by so much. It is easy, because of the size, to get to know the teachers, other parents, administration and most remember you by name if you are only partly involved. I would recommend the experience of this close knit community and schools to anyone! Go Cougars!

I've had one child graduate from this school and another who is soon to enter. I was very pleased with the experience that my first child who attended had with this school. The teachers were great and showed that this was more than a job to them. They don't just put in time on the clock, they put in time with the students. Extracurricular activities are above average and the level of parent involvement impressed me. This is definately one of the better schools in the district.
