Why do you love Twin Lakes Elementary School? I love Twin Lakes because the students there care about learning and improving their academic skills.

My Granddaughters have been attending Twin Lakes all school year . They are in 1st and 4th grades and i have found their teachers very responsive to their needs. Dr Adams is one of the finest principal I have encountered and I have dealt with many over the years as I have 5 children. Finally I would like to say that (I hope I have his name right) Mr Bolin counseler shows everyday that he truly cares for the kids. Just being there for the kids and being their when their grandfather died was a big help. Thank You all.

The school fails to send home required guidelines for projects. Fails to notify regarding parent teacher conferences. Discipline is low, and teachers do not have a grasp on trouble students, causing harassment of children to be high, and they will not step in when they can be found. Will not allow a student to defend themselves if attacked, as they will get the student who defends themselves into as much trouble as the attacker. Has failed No Child Left Behind, and has a large percentage of the school with students who do not speak English.
