Transfered my child to this school from the so-called 'best school' in the area that was horrid. I have loved Southside! The staff has been wonderful and the principal is wonderful! Very pleased with Southside!
Southside is a fabulous school. It is a real community school. The principal and everyone else knows every child and everyone really strives to make learning a priority. I disagree with the two earlier reviews. I have had children at this school over the last 10 years and I can tell you that it is top notch!
I agree. I have a 3rd grader at Southside and I am amazed at how this school changed in the last few years. I am now thinking about moving my children to another school...Education IS NOT top priority anymore.....Where is the leadership at this school......
The school has really gone downhill in the last 5 years or so. Southside used to be fun for teachers, students and parents, as well as being a pivitol place for learning. There is so much attention now paid to the most unbelievable trivial detail that they have lost sight of the big picture. Quite sad.
