Wonderful small hometown school to send your children to. The faculty and staff are wonderful to work with.

I love everything about APS so far! I am very pleased with the grading system and the multiple teachers and helpers in the classrooms. :)

A good, safe place for little ones. Teachers are allowed to 'loop' with their class (teach the same group for more than one year) if they choose. Enrichment for gifted students is available. County Youth Sports and YMCA after school care available. All 3 of my children had great teachers here!

They could be doing much more to earn money by collecting more then just BoxTops & Soup Labels. There are Capri Sun Drink Pouches, Used cell phones, laptops, empty ink/toner cartridges. They should look at TerraCycling.com What is PTA REALLY doing?

It is great to teach our kids to give to others-within limits. Support without demanding! I boycott school fundraisers; donate elsewhere to show real value in helping where needed.

From the asking perspective (such as schools asking students to donate to causes) frequent appeals for donations creates real problems for families who cannot afford to donate to every appeal or cause. Stop pressuring kids for money.
