Leadership is lacking at this school. My personal experience with some staff and the owner was extremely unprofessional. They are supposed to be trained professionally to serve and inspire, but the owner is doing very little to weed out those teachers who aren't meeting the children's needs.
This preschool has received a lot of negative press lately (04/09), but it is a great school. All the problems have been taken care of and the staff is more careful than ever. The teaching standards are far above other schools. And the imagination, dedication, and caring of these teachers is incredible.
