The staff, including teachers and counselors, are very supportive and go out of their way to help the parents and students as much as they possibly can.
I'm attending Sandy High School this year, and although I can give nothing but praise to the school's administration for doing their best with an inadequate building, the fact is that Sandy High School is vastly underfunded. Several parts of the school are reaching 75 years in age, and the school is also suffering from mass overcrowding. The roof leaks, tiles are hanging off from the inside of the gym's ceiling, and the school's design makes it vulnerable to security breaches. Once again, I praise the school administration for doing the best with 2nd rate materiels. The majority of their teachers are above parr, and the school's newspaper is notable for its lack of school controlled content. But no matter how good a car's driver is, he's still driving a Yugo.
