My daughter has gone here since k-5 and is currently in 5th grade. We couldn't ask for a better staff. If i email her teacher with a concern, he emails me back that same evening to let me know what is going on. Staff truly care about the students. When parents and staff work together, any child can succeed! when your child looks forward to going to school, that means that the atmosphere is welcoming and caring. Her grades are high and she receives help when it's requested. My only wish is that fairview would become a k-12 school!! to all the mps bashers, please check this school out. You will change your opinion about mps! remember...Parental involvement is necessary to raise a sucessful child!
Excellent staff. My son has been going there since K4, he is now in 5th grade and gets straight A's! With Music, art, gym and additional music lesson, band it is a wonderful school. The teachers are caring and really get the kids involved in learning!
I am an MPS teacher at another school and am very pleased with the teachers and instructing at Fairview. My children came in as 6th graders and were made to feel welcome by everyone. The work is challenging, but enough help is given as needed for them to succeed.
Fairview is a great school. I agree with all of these parents on all subjects. I would also like to add I like the 'NO Tolerance for Bulling'.
