Awful ! The worst principal in the state. Thank God for Ms. Jones in the front office. June can not come fast enough or my kid to be out of wasteland labeled a High School.

Kinston High is a great school. The school get negative feedback from the whole county. My son has been a member of the national honor society for 4 years. I think the school well prepares you for the next level. We have kids that could go to private schools any day and prefer KHS. Our principle and teachers go the extra mile everyday for our kids and as a parent I appreciate that.

Kinston High School is the best school in Lenoir County my son is in the 10th grade and he loves the school, I love the fact that KHS calls you about anything that is going on at the school the staff keep you informed. The athletic department is good also. My son plays football for Varsity and the athletic department makes sure they are doing their work in class, going to class, and keeping their grades up in order to play. Overall I love KHS. I want all my children to go to Kinston High and I would recommend this school to any and everybody that wants the best education for their children.

My son has attended this school for 3 years and loves it. The students are awesome. We have a new principle this year who has made great strides to improve our school. The principle before him won best principle in the State of NC which opened up new opportunities for him. He now is a assistant superintendent for another county. We have a great atheletic proam to keep our students involved. I could go on and on.
