ahs is small but competitive, with a wide selection of courses and oportunities for every type pf person. The main drawbak to AHS is the cost of the after school programs, sports, and the lack of atheletic fields, ( teams use the fields at ashland middle school. )

Ashland High School provides a variety of courses, including VHS. The school at times has a power struggle which trickles down and effects the teachers and students. The Special Education / IEP coordinator greatly lacks organization. Parents must remain active or your son/daughter will get lost in un-processed or delayed paperwork which could hurt your child. Bottom line is parents 'be alert' and keep on the administrators.

Ashland High School is the best school to put your son/daughter (s). The teacher's here are wonderful. They put a lot of effort and time into making sure that your son/daughter (s) are comprehending the material. there is always help available after school whether finishing a quiz/test, got any questions about homework, and help on a project. The students at Ashland High School are very welcoming, unique, and have a lot of school spirit. So there is no need for your son/daughter to be worried about making new friends because they'll fit right in. During winter, the school holds classes after school that help you prepare for the MCAS. Classes include math and English. Here is information about Ashland: 22 miles west of Boston, the world famous Boston Marathon runs through Ashland, has a skate park so if your son likes BMX/skateboarding he can go down there.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
