We will miss this school, both my sons attended this school. Principle and teachers really care about children and even spent extra hours to help my older son to pass TAKS for reading for free. We are sorry that we have to leave this school to FL due to my husband got internal transfer there.
McGowen has great leadership, caring teachers, and some SERIOUS school spirit. The kids really take pride in thier school and thier academic accomplishments! Best school in Mckinney!
McGowen Elementary is a prize! My daughter started Kindergarten there in the first year they opened. She has been blessed with great teachers, and I am truly thankful for the encouragement they give our kids!
