The small class size offers opportunities for the students that most larger schools can't offer. There is a large amount of parental involvement and the school offers numerous opportunities for fun and learning during and after school hours like a special incentive reading program and monthly family nights.

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
