We consider ourselves very lucky to have our child at Downtown School. We love the fact that the school is so small - and that the students have the opportunity to grow up together. Awards Assemblies are great because the students not only have parents cheering them on, but their classmates parents as well! The attendance at school functions is always very high, and parents are very supportive of fundraisers. Our test scores are generally very strong. I am sure this is because of the tone set by Mrs. Rouse and the teaching staff. The kids understand that they are expected to achieve and Mrs. Rouse makes sure they have the resources necessary. Overall, I think any parent would be very happy with Downtown School.
