An outstanding military school. The kids need structure and discipline in their lives inorder to suceed. The academics are very important in which I believe they are recieving the very best with the staff that they have. Maj. Mark Gonzales as the Commandant of the military side of the house is doing an excellent job, as he is the only military instructor there.
These cadets learn life long skills such as self respect, responsibility, team work and self reliance. At the age of 12 and 13 the middle school cadets have flown 6 seater airplanes with liscenced pilots, attended boot camp at the National Guard Armoury located in Santa Fe, NM, they repeled off of towers several stories high, they learned out door survival skills (etc.)as well as the regular acedimic curriculum. These cadets have learned to be accountable for thier own actions and treat adults with a high standard of respect not seen in many public schools. Bravo!
