Southern High has provided anexcellent education for my two children. My daughter graduated in 2008 and entered the University of Maryland with 46 AP credits, due to the great opportunities for taking AP classes provided. My son is a junior at Southern and is also getting a wonderful education. Teachers at Southern really care about the students and are excited about all that goes on in the school. The school is a warm, safe environment where students can excel.
We are a National Blue Ribbon school! We have a wonderful, caring staff and great students. We are the best!
We are a National Blue Ribbon school as of 2009. This is a great honor and our school deserves it. We have great staff, great students and a wonderful community!
