The staff is great! They care and make sure to keep the parents informed about your child's progress and achievements!

Centreville Middle is not a bad school we have just had to put up a fight to get our son moved from the lowest Math class to pre algebra. The school's motto is, 'Success is the only option' but unfortunately they do not follow through with that philosophy. It is very hard to get an appointment to talk with the principal, and in my opinion that is not right. All in all it is safe and learning does take place so it is not bad, but definitely could be better.

I believe that the school should provide the children in all aspects of their lives. I feel that the teachers at Centreville Middle school have done this with incrediable style. I know that my children are happy and well rounded. I credit the staff for teaching diversity in such a great manner. I think that the teachers being allowed to teach in their own manner, and being about to teach the children using their unique style has given my child the chance to shine. I am also appreciative of the school and staff, in their encouragement to involve the parents and families in so much. Education does not end at the doors of the school, but continues to the outside world and the home life.

I believe teachers need to focus on the needs of the children. At Centreville Middle School, the teachers could improve on focusing on the positives of a student vice the negative. When children don't understand, they are usually left behind. I cannot thank Mr. Stein enough for taking the time to help my son finish on such a high note. His self esteem has improved tremendously. Mr. Stein is not only a teacher, but I consider him to be a great mentor and coach.
