Access to your children and their classes during school hours is strictly up to the school principal. As a parent, you have no rights to see or observe your child in their educational setting at Tuscarora Jr. High School without the principal's written permission. This is school policy. With the new laws in ' No Child Left Behind' and its insistance on parent participation within the school classroom, it is appalling that this district can pick and choose which parents can observe their children and when. What is going on that they don't want us to see?
