Need improvement as far as parent involment. Principal needs to learn more of the hispanic culture which is a high percentage of the hispanic kids attending Almond Elementary alsothe lack of not been bilingual unables the pricipal to comunicate with parents during parent meetings that's just one of resons parents do not attend tea parent & pricipal meetings. even though is an intrepreter they are not competent to transalate correctly. Almond Elementar is not improving as far as meeting the academic standars needs direction and stronger undertanding of all the cultural values attending.
