I hate this school my child has epilepsy and i tryed to explain that to her teacher many times and she just didnt get it the kids were mean to my child and called her wierd because she had seizures there my child used to come home so sad and was very unhappy at that school i took her out of that school and now she goes to palms elementary and both my kids love it the teachers and the school as a whole is great
My children and the rest of my family really do miss the year round schedule.. I would love that again. The only problem is my children complain about bus 44 because the bus driver is mean. (?)
My kids have had a lot of wonderful teachers over the years and I am happy to say that Ms. Gabrielle Smith is the best teacher EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am really surprised by some of these reviews but not really since usually the people who take the time to do this are unhappy about something. I also believe that output is proportional to input. At Back to School night every parent was given the opportunity to volunteer in my son's class. So many did that my on my scheduled day there was often nothing left to do! I have been to spaghetti dinners, mother- son dances, there's movie night every Friday night. Short of sitting next to my son all day in class, there couldn't be more opportunities for parent involvement . Principal Adcock is OUTSTANDING: dedicated and approachable. I can only speak for one teacher, Mrs Sunseri, but her commitment to my son's success makes her hero worthy! To paraphrase EB White this is SOME School! Great job FCE! California Distinguished School I might add!
