Harmony Community School is a new K-8 school. It is well staffed, and the class sizes are small compared to other public schools in the area. Higher grades (6-8) do have limited enrollment. There is excellent interaction between students, teachers, and parents who wish to get involved. This past year- students scored above the state average in all grades on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) which compares scholastic aptitude throughout the District, and State. In its 'breakout' year, Harmony Community School scored consistently well. Placing in the top three District wide in almost all grades tested and placing First in Reading and Math in several grades at the Middle School Level, as well as Science. It is an excellent school with computerized interactive white boards (what one would expect in Universities) It has more the feel of a private school than a public one.

Harmony Community School is the Best school ever. It has the very best principal & asst. principal, the very best teachers & staff 'that was personally chosen by the principal'. HRCS has a Great learning & family atmosphere. I have volunteered all through out this past school year & everyday I have felt welcomed there as much as the people that do work there. Everyone always have a smile on their face. I have watched many teachers teach their classes & they have very wonderful teaching skills. From the front office door, your child is in a totally safe environment 'No I.D. No Entery'. My children love this school & everything about it!!
