I love how Parent involvement is Manadtory here. In reality, it's what makes kids successful in life. Teachers are supportive and challenege students daily to be their best. My daughter has never gotten straight 'A''s until she started attending Imagine @ L.O.L. You can imagine what earning such grades did for her self confidence and esteem. She will be going back next year. In addition, I love how they adapt learning to the method that fits the child best. I wish more schools did as well and cared for their students as Imagine does!

Update: Starting in August 2009, this school will have separate classes for music and art. Also, the building will be made permanent with a security gate surrounding the school and additional buildings. For a school just finishing their first year, they really have done an incredible job!

I have two children in this school (grades K and 1 in year 08/09). This was the school's first year and I am extremely pleased. My children are challenged. The teachers make learning fun. Compared to our public school, my kids learned way more material. By the end of the year my 6 year old was making graphs, charts and talking about median, mode and range. Amazing results, amazing staff, amazing children!

This is a tuition-free charter school that just opened August of 2008. I have been highly impressed with the teachers and their unique approach to learning. This school uses the 'Project Child' teaching system, which allows student with different types of learning styles to flourish. This system also allows for more individualized learning. At this time, there is no specific class dedicated to music or art, but it is highly integrated throughout the day. My child has been academically challenged, but still has fun. Finally, the staff really listens to any concerns and acts on them. We could have gone to any school (tuition was not an issue for us); however, we are extremely happy with this school and would not consider changing. After being disappointed with our local public elementary school, we did look at all of our options. This school was by far superior.
