Springer Middle School is an excellent environment and a great oppritunity for 7th and 8th graders to learn how to ask for help with ease. They have school plays, choir, sports, after school academic support and plenty of other wonderful ways to express the way you feel in a healthy way. My sister who is currantly a 7th grader at the school always tells me about her day, and how great it was. I recommend this school highly because from what I've heard and experienced, it is a positive environtment with it's limits, but they also let the students have a good time learning.

My third child is now attending Springer and I still can't say enough about the school. All three have been assigned to different teachers throughout the years and, overall, I've been extremely happy with the education that they have received. The teachers seem genuinely interested in their progress and have always been very helpful with feedback. Their expectations seem high, but if not, what would the kids shoot for? Bravo!

My son and daughter both attended Springer and they both had very good experiences there. My son just completed his sophomore year at the Charter School of Wilmington where he found himself well prepared from Springer. My daughter will begin the IB Program at Mount Pleasant in the fall which she chose over Charter. The math, science and music programs at Springer are especially good. Springer does very well in statewide math league, science fair and all-state band. Keep up the good work Springer.
