This is my daughters first year at Creekside and we have been extremely happy. The front office staff are always kind and very helpful. The teachers are excellent.
I disagree with the statement about the counselors not caring. This school was my tenth school. I am currently a freshman at the highschool next door. The name calling in this area is just that. It isn't even vulgar with the exception of the kid getting picked on. The bullies here are easy enough ignored and the counselors are the way they are because they can be. Your child is not likely to run into anything more than maybe an emotional debate about something that both parties are uneducated about. The teachers are amazing and there are many programs open for growth. It is a well balanced school where students can take risks while risking very little. The rest of the rating is explained by TAKS scores.
We moved to League City for this school district and used Great Schools to eval the individual schools. Creekside has been an amazing school and confirmed we made the write choice. We are moving again, but we will NOT be leaving CCISD.
I strongly disagree with the person under me. I go to this school currently. This school is a very good school for me. I have learned a lot at this school. This school is very safe. No changes it's good as it is.
