Administration is not making sure our children achieve to their full potential, there for they're being place in failing schools coming from a failing school so now I ask who are caring for our children (pause) no one. something has to be done it's a real conspiracy going on.
Teachers are often forced into subject areas where there are not experts. Also little training is given to the teaching staff to keep them abreast of new techniques in his/her field. Students suffer because teachers aren't in the know. The principal allows the students to do anything and has no control over situations, he rarely interacts with teaching staff on a positive leadership level.
