Prosser High School provides students with a well rounded education, focused on academics but supplemented by great extracurricular and service opportunities. Students are held to a high standard consistently and are asked to think critically, regardless of the academic subject. Staff, including teachers and principals, are well trained, supportive and strivve for more knowledge.

PHS has a fairly good education, but its faculty do not listen to parents or students. It is very sports-minded, letting other programs fall apart to save their beloved sports. It has a heirarchy where children of public figures in Prosser are favored over the average student. Too many teachers are underqualified and allow the students to run free during class time. It should also be noted that many teachers give too much of their personal opinion in teaching opposed to simply teaching the facts; this is especially found to be true in the history/American government department.

Very important - a school and its staff is only as strong as is leader. If the school has strong leadership then the school will also be strong.
