North is a great school and has been an overall good experience for me. I am currently enrolled as a Junior and North has given me the space I need to grow academically. The honors and AP programs are great and the students are very driven. If you're an honors student at North, you will probably excel and get into a prestigious college, but it's easy to get lost in the cracks of this large school if you're in all college prep or core classes. The school is very safe and friendly, but many of the students try in school for the wrong reasons. Most of the honors students don't really care about their subjects at all, they just want to look good for colleges. Overall though, North is a great facility with great academics.

This school was amazing. My children all received and excellent education and were all accepted in prestigous colleges. I would recommend this school district to any parent who really want the best for their children.

I actually graduated from North Hunterdon in 2002. I thought it was an amazing school. In a great area with really great teachers and staff. I loved my high school career!

We test kids at the end of the year and beginning. Kids that don't keep up during the summer take a giant step backwards. If our kids do complain about homework, we ask them,"Do you want to work for a company, or own the company?"

No. Let the children have a break. Let their minds focus on being children. They'll have plenty of homework when they go back to school. I would not even consider enforceing summer homework for my children. They need stress free playtime.

Yes. Of course summer is for fun however they can take a brake from homework 2 weeks or so, not the whole summer. If you teach a child the importance of learing they will enjoy the homework even in the summer.
