My children have attended Franklin and love it! My oldest is ten and my youngest just started kindergarten! The teachers are great with the kids and make learning fun! The parent involvement is great and they are always planning fun activities for the students!!! A +++ learning environment! We love it!!!!1

This is the first year my son is going to this school and we are very impressed. He is in Kindergarden and only has 15 kids in his class. His teacher is very experienced and has been able provide our child with the individual attention to assess his skill level and provide him the right level of instruction. We had been debating on whether to send our son to the expensive Montclair Kimberley Acadamy instead. I am delighted we decided not to. We are getting the same level of education for our son, in a more diverse environment, without the $22K price tag.

My child currently attends the school there for the last year! The children are so ridden with rules it is hard to be yourself. The kids play on gravel and concrete and they are not allowed to have balls to play with most of the time. The principal speaks to children about behavior issues that are small or would not seem like issues to parents, but does not inform parents of the meetings. The children are also expected to write 7 essays per marking period, alot of writing and most of the time the kids want to get it done for the time frame rather than really learning what they are writing about. The only saving grace is if your child's teacher is good and we did get a good teacher. Bye Bye Franklin!

In this school, it is not just a slogan, they really seem to know how to make learning fun. The teachers are creative, energetic, supportive and impressively effective. Standardized tests scores have been improving in the last three years. Best of all, my kids are excited to go to school every day.
