We are happy to be a part of a wonderful school. Harvard school is miles above others. The teachers, facility members, parents and students all try to work together to create a community which inspires individuals to achieve and do their best every day. Harvard Elementary truly earned 'Excellence' once again this year.

I love this school! My daughter is in cheerleading, girl scouts, plays violin. the parent involvement is great and she has an outstanding quality of education. best public school in the city!

I have had a child at Harvard for 4 years now. Last year due to the teacher being in a program to become a principal, we had over 11 subs and no help from the principal to help the children with the constant change. (this is still going on) We have alot of parent involement, but with not code of conduct for the parents they often are put in situations in which they are forced to act poorly towards children. With the teachers it's a hit or miss every year. The principal, as she has said, is overworked and understaffed. That is often her excuse for not following up on things and doing the majority of her duties. They no longer have recess because she says she does not have the time to go out with them. Needless to say we have removed our child from Harvard.
