Excellent teacher student ratio - involvement of parents/guardians very encouraged. Christian staff that truly care about their students and desire each student to reach their highest educational potential while growing in their Christian experience.
Eastern Shore Junior Academy is a faith-based Seventh Day Adventist school serving preschool through tenth grade. As a volunteer,teacher's assistant and now a teacher, my opinions are definite. This a wonderful Christian school with actively involved students,parents,teachers and school board members. Our academics are excellent. The complete balance of spiritual,physical,emotional and academic values are stressed. We have a modern computer lab. Our programs include a choir,chimes,home economics,auto mechanics and sewing. Events this year included a Fall Festival,Christmas program,Spring Talent Show and Dinner and the ever popular Science Fair. The projects for competition this year were an Egg Drop and Trebuchets(catapults.)
