Unfortunately, our family moved around quite a bit during my daughter and son's early years. But they were never happier than when they attended Bennett Elementary School. Every one of their teachers were great; they were kind and always went "above and beyond" for their students. My son has special needs and was lucky to have an aide, Ms. Fulton, by his side throughout his years there. She was patient and kind, yet stern and diligent when need be. Even my son's bus driver, Ms. Belinda and the school custodian seemed to brighten the school day. Unfortunately, because of my son's needs, my daughter did not get as much help with her schoolwork, etc. from me as she should have. But her teachers cared enough to sometimes give her that individual attention she needed. I believe both my children were able to achieve their best at Bennett.
My children have attended Bennett Elem for the last seven years combined and I am very happy with the education they have received. The teachers are great and my children were given the best first grade experience with Mrs. Lisa Campbell. She is a positve role model and caring teacher.
My son has been going to the pre k that bennett has for two years and I can not find one bad thing to say. My son has grown so much The greatest thing to me was his teacher Mis sims she made my son feel like he was the greatest he has come out of his shell thanks to her when he found out that she would not be his teacher this year he cried and said 'mommy my mis Sims will miss me' I thought that was great thank you mis Sims and Mis judy for everything
