Greensview is the most traditional of all of the UA elementary schools. I'm sad to hear that the prior post didn't feel that Burbank prepared his/her child for elementary school -- both of my children went to Burbank for preschool and both are thriving even in the 'sit at your desk' environment at Greensview. Kids who aren't ready to sit still for most of the day may be better off at one of the other elementaries.
UA schools have a reputation that has something to do with good schools and a lot to do with great marketing. We have had a mixed experience with teachers- some are surprisingly inexperienced. Pre-school at Burbank did not prepare our children for school, and these are children who tested very high in terms of aptitude. Many other parents share my opinion, even at other elementary schools. I think Wickliffe is trying to do something unique; we intent to move our kids there this year.
