I have had great success with Bundy Elementary. I went there as a child and so far two of my children have gone there. You couldn't ask for a better school with the principal caring like he does. To see him strive to the best and to see the teachers do the same is a great comfort to know when my child is attending school. All worries are gone.

We have had the best teachers and principal and I'am very glad we switched from Jackson to Wellston (and I'am from Jackson) I feel we have been very lucky and my kids will only benifit from them going to Wellston. The whole staff is great and we have a great group of parents who really care about there kids. Thanks.

Bundy is wonderful! They are constantly improving and moving forward. The teachers are motivated and innovated. My daughter loves Bundy and so do we. I feel confident in the staff.

If you truly mean a shy kid who wants to be outgoing, then I would help them interact with one child at a time. If you are talking about an introverted child, refer to http://www.carlkingdom.com/10-myths-about-introverts

Find something you are good at or enjoy doing a lot, just one thing. You'll gain confidence and meet other kids that enjoy that activity too. Mine was singing in choir. I wasn't good at anything else but that built my confidence for other things... More »
