Schley County is going downhill. Its all about teaching to the test and in the end kids are missing out on being kids.
Schley County Schools have met AYP (Annual Yearly Progress) for 4 years. We are one of a few schools in Georgia to do so.
Our kids are actually 'out of county' kids which is why we really appreciate the quality of education our kids are receiving. The teachers and staff are very friendly and helpful. These people are very concerned for our childrens' educational welfare. Also, they do make learning fun.
I'm very please with the teachers and the rest of the staff at this school jasmine love to go to school everyday. She are learning at a very fast pace thanks to a teacher that cares. This school are wonderful and I recommend anyone to enroll there child. The staff makes you feel welcome.
