The principal and the staff came together well to help the students with the death of my son. They did a great job setting up all the displays of my son's stuff for the visitation. Mr. Jennings open the school and never let anyone stand outside in the cold. That was wonderful. They all came together great.

Bremen is a good school if you try to ignore the internal politics. It is a small town and when you live and work here everyone knows everything about everyone. If you try to stay to yourself involve you child in the sports that he likes and not get into the clicks you will be okay. The teachers mostly seem to care and will work with you if you stay involved and communicate with them. My son is special needs and it can be a bit of a fight to get the things he needs but I have a feeling its like that in most public schools. They have only so much money to go around so you have to fight to get your share so to speak. The squeaky wheel gets the oil so to speak.

Bremen is a good school. I would have to disagree about the sports comments. Bremen seems to concentrate more on sports than anything else.

We just moved to Bremen for the schools that I have heard so much about.We were warned about the community and staff not accepting 'outsiders.' I honestly couldn't believe that what I had heard could be more true.My child has told me stories about the teachers using bad language and in my eyes acting more like one of the students rather than being an authority figure.No foreign language classes other than spanish is offered.The children are very limited in expanded their minds outside of the basic material.Clubs and sports seem to be the main priority.I am very disappointed.
